We worked with Mike and Aaron on the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. We met many realtors prior to meeting with Mike and Aaron, but upon meeting Mike & Aaron we hired them on the spot. They were calm, collected and extremely knowledgeable about the industry. We cannot stress enough how amazing these two are to work with; they are thoughtful, caring and have the unique ability to listen to their clients and decipher what is truly important to them. They marketed the sale of our home with strategic precision and were able to get it under contract prior to even listing on MLS. We thought it would take months to sell, but the strategies that they deployed in creating demand and properly pricing the home got it sold much quicker than we ever imagined. For our purchase, they were even more impressive. They listened to our wants and desires and actively managed us to ensure that we got a home that we loved. And sure enough, they did just that. Once the home we wanted was identified, they got on top of everything from identifying comps, researching the neighborhood, talking with other brokers/realtors and preparing what felt like a manifest to justify our price and positioned us for the greatest success. After some back and forth, we were under contract for the home of our dreams. However, the experience wasn’t perfectly smooth as the listing agent presented some challenges. However, Mike and Aaron worked tirelessly with the listing agent to ensure that we got the home we wanted, at the price and timeline we needed. Words cannot justify how thankful we are to have worked with these two individuals. Their attention to detail and personal attention to their clients is top notch. We will never work with any other realtors and I cannot recommend them enough.
