Biltmore

AN ICONIC NEIGHBORHOOD IN PHOENIX

You’ll find a mix of sprawling estates, legendary townhome communities, high-rise condos and beautiful desert residences in the iconic Biltmore neighborhood. One thing is certain, Biltmore offers the entire range of living and lifestyle options.

Biltmore offers a diverse range of home styles: from 600 SF condominiums to million-dollar estates, from single-story ranch homes to high-rise living, from vacation lock-and-leave to desert-style contemporary homes, from golf course views to mountain and city views, from 55+ condo complexes to homeowner association communities, and from new construction to 100-year-properties.

The Arizona Biltmore follows the celebrated design vision of Frank Lloyd Wright, has wowed guests since 1929, and serves as the anchor for this vibrant neighborhood. The actual consulting architect for the hotel is Albert Chase McArthur. Adjacent to the historic resort and golf course are the Arizona Biltmore Estates where you’ll find a mix of luxury estates, gated and guard-protected communities and stylish condos. The Wrigley Mansion is a notable landmark built in 1932 by chewing gum magnate William Wrigley, Jr.

Three mid-century townhome communities in particular were built by legendary Dell Trailer. Sutton Place was the one of the first of its kind built in 1964, shortly followed by Beekman Place in 1965. Royale Gardens II was originally built by legendary commercial builders the Malouf Brothers in 1963 with 12 units, and in 1965, Dell Trailer took over the community to add an additional 32 units. The exact same story happened at twin community, Royale Gardens I, in Scottsdale. Units in these communities are desirable because of the layout of the community - private streets, mature landscaping, large community pools and outdoor gathering areas.

Along East Camelback Road from 16th Street to 32nd Street is one of Phoenix’s most distinguished business, shopping and office corridors, which includes sites like Camelback Colonnade, The Shops at Town and Country, The Esplanade, The Biltmore Center and Biltmore Commerce Center. There are a number of hotel, banking, grocery, fitness, shopping, restaurant, entertainment, and other core services located here.

Shopping and restaurants are plentiful at the upscale Biltmore Fashion Park, the shopping center anchor for this popular area.

Biltmore is a place to enjoy the outdoors. Not only are the views of Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain amazing, but the area offers proximity to excellent hiking trails at the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Granada Park boasts playgrounds, two lakes and a tennis court. The Arizona Canal Trail runs diagonally through the area, connecting North Central Phoenix, Biltmore, Arcadia, Old Town Scottsdale and McCormick Ranch - which is a 12.95 mile trek one way! You’ll often see bicyclists, joggers, walkers and pet owners on the trail from before sunrise, especially in the summer, to early evenings.

Lastly, Biltmore offers excellent food and dining options. It’s rare to have a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s almost right next door to each other, and a Fry’s Supermarket across the street - but you’ll find that at N 20th Street just south of Camelback Road. Nearby you’ll also find Sprouts Natural Grocers, Safeway, Target, and Total Wine and More. From regional Mexican favorite Asi Es La Vida, to upscale steakhouse Capital Grille, to eco-chic health-conscious True Food Kitchen, to amazing pizza establishments like The Parlor Pizzeria and Pizzeria Bianco, your taste buds will be happy.

If you want a home in Biltmore, you’ll need one of the top real estate companies in Phoenix to help you out. The inventory is low, and prices are range from $115,000 for micro-condos to over $9,000,000 for luxury estates. With our help, we can find the right home for you.
