  2. It’s always a good idea to have an idea of where in Phoenix you’d like to live, but we can help.

    • We have deep local knowledge and love for this region and can advise newcomers and natives alike, helping you determine where your money and lifestyle is best spent.

  3. If you haven’t already been pre-approved or have an established relationship with a financial institution, we’re happy to make recommendations and referrals.

    • It’s important for you to have a representative with you in case the home you’re touring feels too right to pass up. We can establish a working relationship with the listing agent right then and there.

  2. We’ll monitor market opportunities and “coming soon” listings with your goals in mind.

  3. Once you’ve found your perfect match, we’ll request disclosure documents and review them with you to better understand conditions, opportunities, and challenges

OFFER AND CLOSING

  1. Based on interest level of the property, we’ll draft a purchase agreement that’s positioned to ensure the seller’s acceptance.

    • In today’s tight market, we make every effort to help you and your offer stand out among the others. In many cases, that simply means being approachable, personable and real with the seller — something that’s second nature to us. 

  2. From there, we’ll assist you in opening an escrow account with a title company, and

    • Manage the escrow period, ensuring that all conditions and contingencies are addressed promptly and in accordance with the contract.

  3. We’ll help arrange — and be present for — all inspections of the property, and

    • Further negotiate the final sale price, based on findings during the contingency period.

    • Remove conditions in accordance with the contract and sale timeline.

    • Coordinate with your insurance agent and the title company to make sure your policy is in effect at the close of escrow.

  4. When everything is in place to close escrow, we’ll meet you at your new home and arrange the transfer of all documentation.
